WASHINGTON: Samsung ready to strike tablet market once again, as company’s high-end tablet Samsung Galaxy Tab S leaked again.
The tablet is being rumored for quite some time and no device appears on line yet again with price details.
According to reports the device is expected to launch ion June 12 at Galaxy Premiere event.
The report also claims that the Tab S will feature a 2K AMOLED display while it cost even more than the Galaxy Tab Pro.
The Finnish retailer lists the 8.4-inch Galaxy Tab S with a €449.90 price tag for the Wi-Fi-only model and €563.90 for the 4G LTE version.
The 8.4-inch Galaxy Tab Pro, for instance, costs €399 for the Wi-Fi version and €519 for the 4G one, making the Tab S significantly more expensive by comparison.
The larger 10.5-inch Galaxy Tab S, meanwhile, will reportedly come with a €563.90 price tag for the Wi-Fi model and €681.90 for the 4G variant.
The retailer further reveals that fist stock of the new Samsung Galaxy Tab S should arrive in early June.
According to rumors and reports the device will pack octa-core Samsung Exynos 5420 processors, while the LTE versions may come with quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 chipsets. Both tablets will feature 2560 x 1600 AMOLED panels, have 8-megapixel rear cameras and 2.1-megapixel front shooters, sport fingerprint readers, 2GB of RAM, and run Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box.
Connectivity options will include Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.0 LE, optional LTE, GPS, and IR blaster.
